along with the global launch of the new big pilot’s watches, in 2021 swiss luxury watchmaker IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN introduced its new brand app including tons of engaging editorial content, detailed product pages, podcasts, games, services, and an innovative try-on feature using state-of-the-art augmented reality technology. jump to case film for the full story.
APP LAUNCH concepted and launched with multiple functionalities and ready for future content. the app also serves as a hub to introduce new product lines through in-app campaigns and product pages. my contribution included art and design direction, content concepts and asset creation.
RESULTS shortly after launch, the iwc app became the best rated luxury brand app in the app store, achieved more than 100,000 downloads and over 300,000 virtual fittings.
AWARDED with lead agency scholz & friends berlin, in 2022 the iwc app won gold and silver at the german digital award and two recognitions at the art directors club germany, within mobile app and digital product categories.
